IT Project Delivery Specialist (Data Center / IDC) - #2630114

We are building a long-term talent pipeline for Data Center and IT Infrastructure operations in Frankfurt, Germany.

This opportunity is suitable for candidates with experience in IDC, data centers, server environments, infrastructure operations, or related technical backgrounds. Recent graduates with relevant education are also welcome to apply and training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Support daily on-site IT operations within Data Center / IDC environments (5×8 schedule)

• Execute operational tasks and respond to incidents according to SOP and SLA requirements

• Perform server and network equipment inspection, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance

• Assist with ticket handling, issue escalation, and service restoration

• Support hardware deployment, replacement, testing, and operational documentation

• Cooperate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure delivery and implementation

• Ensure operational compliance, process execution, and site safety standards

• Support continuous improvement of operational workflows and documentation

Requirements

• Chinese communication skills required

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields preferred

• IDC / Data Center / IT infrastructure experience preferred

• Familiar with ticketing systems and SOP execution processes

• Basic understanding of servers, storage, network equipment, and hardware architecture

• Ability to perform troubleshooting and problem resolution independently

• English working proficiency required

• EU work authorization or long-term residence preferred (visa sponsorship may be considered)
