How It All Started

In 2017, a multidisciplinary team of engineers, with vast experience and expertise in the battery industry, formed EcoFlow. United in the belief that access to power is a fundamental human right, the group began developing solutions to relieve global populations from power insecurity. Today, as an eco-friendly energy solutions company, EcoFlow leads the way with industry- defining portable power stations, solar technology, the world’s first portable home battery with an expandable ecosystem and various smart devices.

Your Challenges:

1. Responsible for incoming inspection, functional testing, troubleshooting and repair of returned energy storage products in warehouse lab.

2. Assist with failure data sorting, preliminary fault analysis and root cause verification, and support regular data synchronization with R&D for product optimization.

3. Complete daily aftersales standard work, including product disassembly testing, parts replacement, product refurbishment and scrap judgment processing.

4. Assist in sorting aftersales technical documents, standardized test records and maintenance reports to ensure work data is complete and traceable.

5. Organize daily test and repair data, and complete routine laboratory auxiliary work to ensure stable aftersales operation.

Your profile includes:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation or related fields; fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience are acceptable.

2. Good German and English communication skills; Chinese proficiency is a beneficial plus for cross-border headquarters communication.

3. Familiar with standard test equipment including oscilloscope, DC power supply, electronic load and multimeter; basic welding skills required; electrician certificate preferred.

4. Capable of basic data sorting and document drafting with clear logical thinking and efficient execution of testing and repair tasks.

5. Responsible and team-oriented, with strong execution and ability to adapt to warehouse laboratory working environment.
