We’re Hiring: Electrical BIM Coordinator - Frankfurt

Are you an experienced Electrical BIM Coordinator looking to work on major, high-impact projects? We’re partnering with a leading delivery team on large-scale construction programmes, including mission-critical environments.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for coordinating electrical systems within a BIM environment, ensuring designs are clash-free, fully integrated, and delivered to a high standard across multi-discipline teams.

Key Responsibilities

Containment & Bracketry Systems

• Model and coordinate cable containment (tray, ladder rack, conduit)
• Design bracketry and coordinate structural interfaces
• Lead clash detection and resolution across disciplines

Low Voltage (LV) Systems

• Coordinate LV distribution, switchgear, and infrastructure
• Manage panel layouts, cable routing, and schedules

Extra Low Voltage (ELV) Systems

• Oversee coordination of data, fire alarm, security & access control
• Interface with specialist subcontractors

Lighting Design

• Deliver BIM-based lighting layouts
• Perform lighting calculations using DIALux
• Coordinate luminaires, controls, and emergency systems

Essential Skills

• Revit MEP
• AutoCAD
• Navisworks
• BIM 360 / ACC
• DIALux

Desirable Experience

• Data centre or mission-critical project experience
• Knowledge of IEC / DIN VDE standards
• Strong background in multi-discipline BIM environments
