Our client, a leading global financial services firm, is seeking a highly proactive and motivated Team Assistant to join their busy Frankfurt office.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years administrative experience, who is eager to take the next step in their business support career towards becoming an Assistant within the financial services sector.

THE ROLE

• Supporting the team with administrative duties
• Diary management
• Arranging international travel
• Processing expenses
• Providing ad-hoc support across events and projects as required

THE CANDIDATE

• Effective communication skills and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for teamwork
• Have a professional, committed attitude and approach
• Fluent in both written and spoken German, and English
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Proactive decision-making and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
