We’re Hiring: BESS Technical Solutions Intern

Location: Paris / Frankfurt / Madrid (Europe)

Are you passionate about renewable energy and energy storage technologies? Join our Technical Solutions team and gain hands-on exposure to Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and renewable energy solutions across Europe.

As a BESS Technical Solutions Intern, you will support the team during project preparation, technical coordination, and proposal development while working closely with experienced professionals across Sales, Technical Solutions, R&D, and Project Management teams.

What You’ll Do

• Support the analysis of customer inquiries and technical requirements for energy storage projects

• Assist in preparing technical proposals, presentations, and project-related documentation

• Organize technical information related to BESS, PCS, EMS, grid connection, and system configurations

• Help prepare comparison tables, requirement checklists, and solution summaries

• Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Project Management, R&D, and Engineering

• Participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items

• Maintain technical documentation, proposal trackers, and project status updates

• Conduct basic market and competitor research related to renewable energy and energy storage solutions

• Support the improvement of internal templates, tools, and documentation processes

Who We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Renewable Energy, Power Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field

• Strong interest in renewable energy, battery storage, or sustainable infrastructure

• Comfortable working with technical documents, datasheets, and engineering materials

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Good communication skills in English

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks

• Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of BESS, PCS, EMS, inverters, grid connection, or power systems

• Previous internship, coursework, or academic project related to renewable energy or engineering

• Familiarity with technical drawings, system diagrams, or simulation tools is a plus
