What You Will Do

Reporting directly to the EMEA Talent Acquisition Manager and collaborating closely with the EMEA HR Program Manager, you will play a central role in identifying, engaging, and hiring the next generation of Fortinet talent. This is a highly diverse role, giving you exposure to a wide range of activities, countries, and stakeholders across the EMEA region.

You will work in a truly international environment, partnering with hiring managers, university relations teams, and HR colleagues across multiple countries, while bringing a strong passion for communication and marketing to how Fortinet's employer brand shows up to candidates. You will also be expected to leverage AI-powered recruiting tools, from AI-assisted sourcing and candidate matching to data-driven analytics, to identify high-potential profiles faster.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end early talent recruitment cycle across multiple EMEA countries, from sourcing to offer
• Identify and assess high-potential profiles, using structured evaluation criteria and AI-powered sourcing and screening tools to surface the strongest candidates efficiently
• Partner closely with the EMEA Talent Acquisition Manager and EMEA HR Program Manager to align early talent recruitment with broader workforce planning and HR programs
• Collaborate with hiring managers across EMEA to define role requirements and build a diverse, qualified candidate pipeline
• Design and deliver engaging, marketing-driven communication and content to promote Fortinet's employer brand to students and early-career candidates
• Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track pipeline health, time-to-hire, and sourcing effectiveness
• Support and coordinate a wide range of early talent activities, including campus events, career fairs, and virtual engagements across EMEA
• Ensure a consistent, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey
• Stay current on AI-driven trends in talent acquisition and recommend new tools or approaches to keep Fortinet's recruitment practices ahead of the curve
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• A strong interest in early talent recruitment and campus recruiting
• A natural ability to identify high-potential profiles and evaluate candidate fit beyond the resume
• Genuine passion for communication and marketing, with the creativity to bring Fortinet's employer brand to life
• Comfort working across cultures in an international, matrixed environment covering multiple EMEA countries
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English; additional European languages are a plus
• Highly organised and adaptable, comfortable managing a wide and diverse range of activities simultaneously
