Job Overview

Are you ready to become an integral part in building and scaling global billing operations of a fast-growing FinTech? Your Tasks

• Preparing and issuing customer invoices accurately and on time
• Performing quality controls and reviewing invoices to ensure billing accuracy and completeness
• Managing the end-to-end processing of Assets under Management (AuM) reports, from receipt and validation of the underlying data through to invoice issuance
• Preparing and maintaining billing templates for AuM-based client accounts
• Communicating directly with clients to clarify and resolve invoice-related questions and discrepancies
• Proactively reviewing and maintaining billing-related data in Salesforce and resolving data quality issues
• Collaborating closely with Product, Sales, Legal, Accounting, and other internal teams to clarify commercial terms and resolve billing-related questions
• Identifying inefficiencies and contributing ideas to improve, standardize, and scale our billing processes
• Taking ownership of billing issues and following them through to resolution
  
  

Your Profile

• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy when working with financial and billing data
• Structured and reliable working style, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage recurring deadlines independently
• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to take ownership of issues through to resolution
• Good communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional internal teams
• Strong Excel skills and general confidence working with data and business systems
• 1–3 years of experience in billing, accounting, finance operations, or a comparable operational finance role
• Experience working with Salesforce or another CRM / billing-related system
• Experience handling AuM-based, usage-based, or otherwise variable billing models
• Exposure to international clients and cross-border billing environments
• Interest in improving, standardizing, and automating operational finance processes
