This role offers the opportunity to join at an early stage and actively support the development of structures, processes, and legal frameworks in a dynamic and operational environment.

Your Role

You will support the legal function in a fast-growing, operationally driven environment. The focus is on providing practical, business-oriented legal guidance across multiple functions.

You will work closely with operations, logistics, and commercial teams, ensuring compliance while enabling the business to move fast and make informed decisions in a rapidly scaling setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Support legal matters across operations, logistics, and commercial functions
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts (e.g. service agreements, supplier contracts, NDAs)
• Ensure compliance with German and European regulations
• Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders on legal topics
• Support dispute handling and risk assessment
• Work closely with operations, HR, and management on legal topics

Your Profile

• Degree in Law (German law or comparable qualification)
• First experience in a legal role (in-house or law firm)
• Strong understanding of German legal frameworks
• Business-oriented mindset and hands-on approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
• Fluent in German and English
• Working experience in logistics or a related industry is a strong plus
